behind the programs.

Originally from Egypt and based in Riyadh, I work at the intersection of government transformation, enterprise delivery, and technical execution. I am typically brought into programs where the mandate is important, the stakeholder map is complex, and the delivery path needs control.

My dual background in Accounting (BCom) and Computer Science (BSc) allows me to evaluate a program from both sides at once: budget, governance, and ROI on one side; architecture, integrations, and implementation risk on the other.

I bring three things to every engagement: executive clarity, delivery control, and technical credibility.
